Visit counts, through Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits: which pages get read, roughly where visitors are (city level), what device they use and how they found the site. It also counts when someone taps the phone, text or email link, taps the button to leave a Google review, or sends the snapshot form. It counts that the review button was tapped, never what the review says. That tells me what's working. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this.
No ad tracking
Google's advertising features are turned off. Nothing here builds an ad profile on you, follows you around the web or retargets you with ads. There are no Facebook pixels and no other tracking scripts.
What you send me
If you fill out the snapshot form, I get what you typed: your name, business, email, phone if you give it, and your note. I use it to run your snapshot and reply. I don't sell it, share it or put you on a mailing list. To keep spam bots out, the form runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a quick check that you're a person. It doesn't set advertising cookies or follow you to other sites.
Opting out
Block cookies or use a tracker blocker and the site works exactly the same. Google also offers a browser add-on that turns Google Analytics off everywhere.
Who runs this site
