Local Visibility

Your Google Business Profile rebuilt, then run every month, with review generation built in. This is the main thing I do, and it's where the phone calls come from.

Who this is for

Owner-operated home service businesses — plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical, garage door, tree work, septic, pest, foundation, fence, pressure washing, landscaping. Typically one to fifteen people, two or more years in business, with a job worth enough that one extra call a week matters.

It's aimed at businesses customers search for by location. If people drive to you as a destination rather than searching "near me," this isn't the right service and I'll say so on the call.

Your service area is bigger than your address. One town lit up, and everywhere else you also drive to sitting dark around it. The scan checks all of it, not just the spot you're standing on.

If you're already ranking first everywhere, I'll tell you. In a small market that happens more than you'd think. I run a quick grid check before I even build your snapshot, and if there's no room to improve, there's no offer. I'm not going to sell you a service you don't need.

Month one

What happens at setup

A one-time rebuild of the profile itself. Most profiles have never been set up properly, and this is the part that makes everything afterward work.

  • Full profile audit and a baseline rank scan across your service area, so we both know the starting number
  • Category and subcategory correction — the single most common thing that's wrong, and the one that quietly costs the most
  • Services and attributes built out so every job you actually do is listed
  • Business description rewritten in plain language
  • Hours, service area and contact details verified
  • An initial set of 10–15 photos loaded (you supply these — see below)
  • Citation audit and cleanup across the directories that feed Google
  • Review request sequence installed and tested
  • Tap and QR tags supplied, programmed, hand-verified and your crew trained on using them correctly
  • Plain-language FAQ and service-area statements written for your site, so the answer engines have something clean to read
Every month after

Worked on every month. Reported every month.

Four profile posts

An active profile beats a dormant one. Yours has almost certainly been dormant.

Three to five photos

Real job photos from your library, loaded on a steady schedule rather than all at once.

A review request to every finished job

Same request, same link, every customer — happy or not. That's the only version of this that's allowed, and the only version that holds up.

Review alerts to you

A new review lands, you hear about it the same business day, with a suggested reply you can use or ignore.

Citation monitoring

Directory listings drift back to old numbers and addresses on their own. I watch for it.

A rank scan and a report

Where you sit across the map this month against last, plus calls, direction requests, website clicks, review count and rating, and how your closest competitor compares.

What's deliberately not included

Being straight about this up front saves us both a conversation later.

  • I don't write your review responses. You do. Google gives weight to the owner replying, customers can tell when an agency wrote it, and it keeps me out of your customer relationships. I'll send you the alert, a suggested draft, and a playbook for the awkward ones.
  • Google Ads and paid social. Different service, different skill, not what I sell.
  • Broader SEO beyond your Google profile. Page-level and content SEO is a separate discipline.
  • Review removal or disputes. I can't get a bad review taken down and neither can anyone else who's being honest with you.
  • Photography. I don't drive to job sites to shoot. Stock photos break Google's authenticity rules and look fake to people who live here.

One thing I need from you

A photo library before we go live — 10 to 15 to start, then a handful a month. Your techs already take these on their phones. If you can't supply photos, the photo work comes off your deliverable list rather than getting faked with stock images.

How long it takes

Map rank moves on Google's schedule, not mine. Realistically it's 60 to 90 days before the numbers meaningfully shift, which is why quarterly billing is the default — somebody who quits at day forty-five never sees whether it worked. Reviews start arriving faster than rankings do.

No guarantees, and be suspicious of anyone offering them. I don't promise rankings, review counts, phone calls or revenue. What I promise is the work in the lists above, done every month, with a report you can check it against.

The other place people look now

A lot of folks stopped searching and started asking.

They type "who's a good plumber in Livingston" into ChatGPT or Gemini, or they read the AI answer sitting above the map pack and never scroll. Either way a name comes back, and it isn't yours by accident.

Same work, second channel

Those systems lean on the same things Local Visibility already fixes: your Google profile, your reviews, and your business details matching everywhere they look. It isn't an add-on, there's no separate charge, and there's no separate invoice line.

An accurate profileCategories, services and service area written so a machine can tell exactly what you do and where.
Real reviews, in volumeWhat customers actually wrote is a big part of what gets read back to the person asking.
Straight answers on your sitePlain-English pricing ranges, service area and what happens on a visit, written as facts rather than sales copy.

The honest part: nobody can promise you'll get named by an AI, and anybody selling "AI SEO" with a guarantee attached can't measure what they're promising. What I can do is build the foundation those systems read, and make sure your information is right everywhere they look.
